We Are Creature's 'Your Love': A Song to Deepen Your Faith

We Are Creature's beautiful song 'Your Love' is based on Ephesians 3:16–19 and reminds us of how much God loves us. Co-released with EV Music, this song has found a home in the hearts of many, playing regularly at Sunday gatherings all over Australia. The lyrics assure you that even when you've gone astray, His love will still find you, and He welcomes you back into His arms. It's a personal invitation to experience the eternal joy and treasures that only God can provide. 'Oh Your love, how deep and how wide' , reminding us of how big God's love is. We are blessed with hope and peace of mind when we believe in Christ. The song gets to the essence of salvation by focusing on the sacrifice of Christ, which cancels all of our sins. It's through Jesus that we find forgiveness. One of the most touching parts about His love is that it won't fail, even when you think life is completely falling apart. God's Spirit sustains and strengthens us until

Arcadia Worship’s New Song "Look to You" Inspires Trust in God

Arcadia Worship's song 'Look to You,' is the final single from their MIXTAPE 01 project. Arcadia Worship is on a mission with this song - to encourage you to worship throughout each day. Worship isn't something that only happens inside church walls. You can worship God on your drive to work, during a neighborhood stroll, or while cooking dinner. Worship God and see Him in everything throughout your day.  'Look to You' invites you to shift your burdens to God. When you feel weighed down, start shifting! Learn to accept that God is an expert at lifting burdens, but you need to start by placing it in His hands. 'Been carrying the world, turns out it's too heavy for me. I'll place it in Your hands and let You do the heavy lifting.'   When you're caught up in your everyday hustle, take a moment to look to God. These moments also help to remember that you don't have to carry everything on your own. 'I don't wanna do a thing without Your

'Sinking' by Brayden Tabakian: A Touch of God's Grace

'Sinking' by Brayden Tabakian is an inspiring song. Brayden shares that he wrote it after he decided to change his musical direction to Christian music. He wrote this song in his bedroom while talking to his friend and producer, Drew James, on FaceTime. This was their first collaboration and Brayden's first songwriting effort in months. Brayden had taken a break to rethink the kind of music he wanted to make and message he wanted to send. 'Sinking' seemed to fit both everything he had been feeling inside and the style he wanted for his future songs. In 'Sinking,' you can hear Brayden's struggle and faith. The song starts with 'Sometimes this life gets crazy, my heart's been slowly breaking.' It's so true when you think about what's going on in the world right now! You might even start to question whether or not God hears us. Then Brayden reminds us of how God's love never changes. He reminds us that God's love can reach us, no

'Wrap My Mind' by MVMNT Music - Discover the Unfathomable Greatness of God

MVMNT Music blesses us with a studio version of their song, 'Wrap My Mind,' and let me tell you, it’s impressive. You’ll be captivated right from the start with this beautiful blend of melody, effects, and voice. While enjoying the melody line, one almost forgets to focus on the message of God's incomprehensible greatness. He is a God of miracles, a God for all, and still knows us personally. God continues to amaze us with His endless wonders. His wonders is not only in the big things, but also in the small, the less obvious, the things we even take for granted. Just look at yourself and prepared to be amazed. Our best possibe response? Worship, pure and simple. In the opening lines is a heartfelt declaration: 'You’ve always been and You’ll always be.' From His incarnation to His wonders—walking on water, providing manna, and guiding as a pillar of fire. It’s a powerful reminder of His power, love for us, and timeless presence in our lives. The chorus resonates deep

'Holy Forever' by Edward Lim: A Soul-Stirring Instrumental Experience

Edward Lim's 'Holy Forever' is an instrumental masterpiece you’ve got to experience. As an avid music producer from New York City, Edward Lim found his calling in Christian music while playing during worship at his church. Inspired by the emotions he felt as he was playing 'Holy Forever' during these services, he wanted to recreate that same atmosphere of worship in his home studio. This instrumental cover of 'Holy Forever' carries that same relateable message of eternal worship and reverence as the original. This song is great for your quite time with God. Words aren't needed to feel the essence of praise is this song. The track has the ability to instantly connect you with God and fill your heart with unending praise. Edward Lim can move effortlessly between various genres of music, and his move to Christian music is nothing less than inspired. The emotions he expresses with this song are easy to feel. It's like the music is whispering the essence

'Better with You' by Matt LeFait: Celebrating 16 Years of Marriage

Matt LeFait's song 'Better with You' is a special song celebrating 16 years of marriage. Written and produced as a surprise for their anniversary, this song captures a journey of love that has been guided by their unwavering faith in Jesus. The lyrics reflect the richness of a love that's withstood both joyous and challenging times. The essence of a loving relationship can be found in all parts of our life, like in the small gestures and words of love throughout the day, a tender touch in passing, as well as the memories shared on the back porch. Our love for each other, just like our love for God, needs to be nurtured and fed, so that it doesn't fade. He beautifully notes that life got 'better since '05', when they first pledged to walk this path together and put God first.  These lyrics invite you to witness how the miracle of love defies the odds when you include God in the equation. Matt's wife is his living proof that dreams do come true, partic

Taylor Pride's 'Broken Record (Live)'

Taylor Pride's 'Broken Record (Live)' is a very relatable song, a song that encourages you to fix your eyes on what is unseen, echoing the message found in 2 Corinthians 4:18. The song begins with the fact that life always has challenges, and it seems that there is no end to these challenges. These challenges create so much noise, begging for your attention, that it is easy to forget that God continuously whispers His truth to you. God's faithfulness remains unshaken, even when you're deaf to His whispers, or when your faith wavers. Your temporary challenges are no match for His constant love. Taylor sings about waking up in the garden and feeling how your fears melt away in the light of God's endless love. The Spirit provides strength when you praise and patience as you wait. What a comforting assurance! God's love is a refuge, even when pain persists, and this song encourages us to praise God like a broken record. Praise God continuously and trust that He

"Why Are We Running?" by Daniel Joseph: A Heartfelt Call to Reconnect

Daniel Joseph’s new song, 'Why Are We Running?', is his first solo release. You might know him as the lead singer of Saved By Grace, but this solo release reveals his heart even more. Daniel is a pastor, a family man, urging us to stop running from God. His words cut the chase and come straight to the point: Why are we running, and why are we hiding, like we do? He calls out our human tendency to run from the One who loves us most. Daniel reminds us that our decisions are the only reason why there is a distance between us and God. It's a wake-up call to realize how far we may have drifted in our relationship with Him. Daniel's repeats the message that God has been sharing through all ages —it's time to come back. It's time to make the right choices that lead us closer to God, and to serve and do what is right for His Kingdom. Daniel's solo project demonstrates his willingness to break boundaries for a greater cause, to reach anyone who needs a boost to fin

Finding Comfort in Ally Minju's 'Hold My Hand'

Ally Minju's song, "Hold My Hand," is an earnest prayer with a melody line that combines nostalgic disco vibes with the unique sounds of K-pop. The result is a beautiful and relatable cry for God's comfort and guidance, with a catchy sing-along melody. Ally shared the following backstory for her song: As a Christian artist, my journey has been filled with moments of both joy and challenge. "Hold My Hand" was born out of one of those challenging times. It was in the quiet of the night, at 5 a.m., when my sleep was constantly interrupted by overwhelming worries and anxious thoughts. I was suffering from insomnia when inspiration struck. The Holy Spirit reminded me that it's perfectly fine to reach out for God's hand. I recalled God's promises, such as Isaiah 41:13, where we are assured that He holds our right hand and helps us through our fears, and in a childlike state, I asked God to "Hold My Hand." Some of the lyrics were even inspired

'Set Apart' by Kosj Yamoah: Healing Through Loss

Kosj Yamoah's song 'Set Apart' is about the emotions we feel when we lose a loved one, and a journey toward peace and healing led by God's grace. After the heartbreaking loss of their child, Zion, on July 7th, 2016, Kosj and his wife Jaymi were filled with grief. The pain of losing their child was almost unbearable, and it caused them to feel lifeless. The thing that kept them going was the hope of being reunited one day with Zion, when it is their time to return home. This hope carried them through their sorrow to peace and healing.  'Set Apart' begins with a weary heart stepping into the world, weighed down by loneliness. But just before the breaking point, there's a divine encounter. The love of Christ shines through the darkness, offering freedom from their struggles. When you listen to this song, you'll feel the tug of Jesus inviting you to let go of your pain and fix your eyes on Him.  The chorus is a challenge: do you truly want to separate yourse

Conor Stone’s 'Waiting To Fly': Finding Faith and Purpose Through Music

Conor Stone's song 'Waiting To Fly' is deeply moving and relatable. Conor grew up immersed in church life, but in his teens, he drifted away. His life as a young professional musician more or less pushed his faith to the background. But life has a surprising way of bringing us back to our roots.  At 36, Conor fell down two flights of stairs, an event that changed his life. Instead of broken bones, he woke up to a miraculous sense of being protected. Conor's doctor and the attending nurse were both astonished, remarking that 'God was looking out for you.' Call that a moment divine intervention, a rude awakening, that sparked a big change in Conor. He began writing worship songs, feeling guided by a higher purpose.  'Waiting To Fly' captures this miraculous journey. The lyrics express a sincere longing to return to God's embrace. The chorus is very relatable, 'I was waiting, I was waiting to fly. With my God on high.' It speaks of standing fir

Michael Encarnacion: A Melody of Eternal Life Born On the Road

A new song by Michael Encarnacion came out last Friday. It is called 'Eternal Life'. The inspiration for this song came to Michael while driving to work one October morning. It was around 8 a.m. when, out of the blue, a tune came to his mind. Soon after, the first few lines of the lyrics started to take shape. The first parts of the song were recorded on a voice recorder, but he quickly adds that he doesn't recommend doing this while driving. After letting this marinate for a few months, he added the second verse in March 2024. The song was produced in June and released last Friday.  'Eternal Life' is a beautiful reminder of Christ's sacrifice and the grace that flows from it. The song starts at the cross, where we think about how Christ suffered so that we could be set free. Death has lost it's sting; there is victory over death! The chorus shouts our praises and encourages us to live renewed lives and be a light to others. No matter where we are or how we

'You Hear My Cry' by Alma Rei: A Song for the Broken

Alma Rei's 'You Hear My Cry' is a moving song, with a bit of an alternative sound, for every believer that is looking for peace and connection with God. With this fifth single, Alma Rei works up to the upcoming album, 'Back to the Garden'. This is a song for every follower of Jesus who mourns, seeks rest, and is still yearning.  'You Hear My Cry' brings you face-to-face with the profound truth that suffering and pain can be an invitation to trust God and that even in moments of silence, God is still listening. From the opening lines, 'Where are you Lord, where is my God,' you're drawn into the raw honesty that many of us will feel but find so hard to express. This song becomes a hymn for those times when you're reaching out to God, feeling like He's just out of reach. It's easy to feel the sincere plea for God's presence in lines like 'Here I am, hungry and thirsty; will you satisfy?' It's a relatable cry, and it cou

Wineskin in Smoke's "Just a Girl" – A Song of Surrender and Faith

Wineskin in Smoke's song 'Just a Girl' is a song that takes you straight to the heart of Christian faith. Written during a pivotal moment of transition for the songwriter and her husband, the song captures the essence of leaving comfort behind to pursue God's call. The very first lines set the scene, 'Just a girl, Bible in hand / Cleansed by the water, in Jesus name' . 'Just a girl' could have equally read 'Just a boy', reminding us that even the smallest acts of faith are very valuable. The verses share parts of the journey, how they navigated life's storms with God's guidance. 'She rode the waves that the good Lord made / After the storms of yesterday.' As I hear the lyrics, I'm reminded that, without these challenges, we wouldn't really appreciate the sunny days He provides. The chorus is a rallying cry to give up everything for Christ. 'And she's holding on to the faith she has / Like a mother of pearl hidd

Alverlis and Her Heartfelt Song Stay With Me

There is so much longing and devotion in Alverlis' latest song, 'Stay With Me.' It's a song that grew from a prayer by Saint Padre Pio called 'Stay With Me'. Saint Padre Pio is a man known for his deep love for God. The desperation with which he pleaded to God to stay with him, otherwise he would surely fall, really touched Alverlis' heart. She wanted to compose a song that would express how she felt when she also prayed this prayer.  The words are a sincere plea for God's strength, presence, and direction. Lines like 'Stay with me, Lord, for I am weak, I need your strength that I may not fall' will speak to anyone who has ever been going through hard times and looked to God for His support. The lyrics sound intimate and familiar. They easily find their way to the heart, and confirm what we already know… that we all need God's light to shine on our path, especially when we feel surrounded by darkness and uncertainty.  Take a moment to listen

'Grace' by Raymond Okeke-Macauley: Embracing Imperfection

It can be so easy to overcomplicate things, especially when see ourselves, stumbling and imperfect. Raymond Okeke-Macauley's song, “Grace,” shares an important message, 'All that I need is just grace!' Raymond reminds us that God’s love is all-encompassing and always there to all who have let Him be part of their lives. There is absolutely nothing that is too big or to shameful that it can't be covered by His grace. So don't try to overcomplicate things! Raymond is from Sierra Leone and is a man of many musical talents. He's classically trained but boldly ventures into R&B, Afrobeat, Jazz, and other genres. Raymond uses this blend of styles to bring a fresh and exciting take on Christian music, one that will open more hearts to hear God's Word. The song “Grace” itself begins with a humble admission of our flawed nature. We're reminded that nobody is perfect. We all will fall short and make mistakes from time to time, and may even try to do everythin

Jaynie Hansen's 'Worthy': A Celebration of God's Unending Goodness

Jaynie Hansen's song 'Worthy' is a joyful song calling us to praise His worthy name. Jaynie wrote Worthy in college, sitting behind a piano in one of the practice rooms. She wanted to write something that was a bit more upbeat that the more reflective, slower-moving songs she usually writes. Inspired by Psalm 34:1, 'I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth,' Jaynie penned this song straight from her heart. She was speaking God's truth into her own discouragement and, at the same time, knew that there are people who need to know His goodness, either for the first time or on a deeper level. As followers of Christ, we need to be reminded from time to time of who we are in Him and why we can and should declare His worth. Jaynie captured the essence of why Jesus is worthy of our praise. The lyrics tell us about His awesome deeds - freeing us from death, transforming our hearts, giving us strength, and illuminating our path.

Zach Garrett's 'Give Me the Real Jesus' – Let Your Heart Be Touched

How do you find the right words to describe your longing for an authentic relationship with Christ? Zach Garrett's describes that longing in his song 'Give Me the Real Jesus'. Garrett grew up prioritizing the 'thou shalts' and 'thou shalt nots' over the genuine relationship with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. A relationship with Jesus isn't about focussing on rules and rituals! It's a relationship that is focussed on a living, breathing communion with Jesus.  In 'Give Me the Real Jesus,' Zach cuts straight to the chase. Connecting with Jesus goes beyond the constraints of legalism. While full of good intentions, the rules and traditions of religion can sometimes become a barrier, leaving us merely 'reading the words and going their own way' instead of truly experiencing Jesus' love and grace.  We are and need His church, but we shouldn't be crushed under the weight of 'broken religion,' or better said, the weight of

Jeff H. Ulrich's 'Presence of God': A Journey to Peace and Redemption

Jeff H. Ulrich's song 'Presence of God,' was written back in 2001, after struggles turned into what Jeff calls a time of personal enlightenment. This alt-rock narrative captures those struggles, the transformation that followed, and the hope that Jeff has in his heart ever since. It's about moving forward from past challenges to finding the healing peace that comes from having God in your life.  Jeff's story is very relatable, and easily reminds us of those days where some dreams came true and some dreams needed to be 're-tuned' to align with His intent for our lives. Despite our not-so-perfect days, Jeff reminds us that big change will come to our lives when we let Him lead. It's not about material possessions or temporary gratifications. This is a peace that can only come when you actively work on building & maintaining your relationship with God.  I sense the renewal and gratitude that Jeff must have felt as he sings, 'I was lost till I found

Red Letter Society's 'Peace' - Finding God in the Valleys

When you listen closely to Red Letter Society's newest song 'Peace,' you'll quickly feel that there is more to this song than what the lyrics are sharing. Even when things look the worst, the lyrics remind us that God is with all who invite Him into their lives and will light up your ways. 'Through the valleys, darkest shadow, I will remain in perfect peace,' the song begins. Powerful words that invite you to experience God's peace even when surrounded by life's struggles, and a link is quickly made to Psalm 23. But what sparked this song was the heartbreaking loss of two miscarriages, and it's easy to imagine that this was a period filled with deep grief. As you would expect from Red Letter Society, they found solace in each other and the Scriptures, particularly Psalm 23, which talks about God walking with us through the valley of the shadow of death. A true message of hope. There is so much comfort to be found in the chorus: 'I will fear no

Embrace the Message of 'Steadfast' by Salvatore James

Have you already heard 'Steadfast' by Salvatore James? This song is a call to stay strong in your faith. With a unique blend of pop, R&B, and hip hop, Salvatore's sound is truly unlike any other. Born 'Salvatore James Aiello,' he fell in love with music at a young age. Inspired by his older brother, he began producing in high school. His life took a significant turn in 2020 when he started taking his walk with Jesus seriously. As Salvatore himself says, 'The whole point of my music now is to show people Jesus through every song.'   'Steadfast' encourages you to put God first in everything, seek His kingdom and trust that He will provide all you need. Sometimes this is easier said than done, and songs like this can give the extra boost needed to hold onto your faith. The lyrics are loaded with encouragement: 'Seek first the Kingdom and all will be provided. Don't turn away.' Although it is in our nature to try doing everything on our o

'Ready For You' by Coming Kingdom: Ignite Your Faith

Coming Kingdom's song, 'Ready For You,' is a fresh anthem that gives you a sense of joy and expectation. This is the second single from their upcoming debut EP, 'Awakening'. 'Ready For You' has an authentic sound that's both upbeat and driving, and beautifully captures the anticipation we feel for the Kingdom of God.  The message of the song is crystal clear: We're ready! We're ready for the Holy Spirit to move in our lives. We're eager to follow Jesus wherever He leads. The lyrics declare, 'We are ready for all you want to do, Holy Spirit move' and 'Jesus, we are ready for you.' It echoes our longing for a spiritual awakening, to see God's Kingdom advance all around us.  God is constantly moving even when we don't see it, so invite God into your heart: 'Would you break into this moment and increase our expectation' . There is so much energy in this song and it encourages us to actively participate in His wor

'Give To You' by Gabriel Giammaria - Trusting God's Plan

Gabriel Giammaria's song, 'Give To You', is not only a beautiful worship song, it's also a prayer. 'What's Your will for my life?', Gabriel asks, and the lyrics contain his journey of discernment, surrendering everything to God, and embracing that His way as being is the best for us. Some days Gabriel feels confident in His direction, while other days, it's not so clear. It's almost as if He is singing about my own journey, and I would be surprized if these lyrics reflect parts of your journey as well. I chuckled while I listened when I realized that I'm often wrestling with life's uncertainties on my own, even though I know that I can trust in the One who holds all the answers. 'Little did I know what You want from me and what I should let go,' he sings about that all-too-familiar feeling of not having everything figured out. When your thoughts are racing and you're chasing 'empty dreams,' it's humbling to realize you

'Love Better' by Presence Music Band: A Call to True Christian Love

Presence Music Band's new song, 'Love Better,' is a call to have a closer look at how you love others. The band shares: 'We had the hook for love better in our heads for years, but we were really committed (or stuck) in the vertical “Sunday Morning” worship genre during that time so didn’t want to finish or release the song.' The band finally finished the song the night before flying to Atlanta to wrap up their album. What's intriguing is that up to four band members have been church staff pastors, witnessing firsthand how churches sometimes focus on minor differences rather than becoming more like Jesus. “Love Better” is a wake-up call, a reminder of what Jesus called the second greatest commandment: 'love your neighbor as yourself'. Not an emotional love, but love as a verb, where we are asked to lay down our judgments, open up our hearts, and treat people with diginity and respect. The song starts with the words: 'We’ve become each other’s enemy..
