Frankeke's "My Helper": Finding Comfort in Knowing That God Has Your Back

Frankeke's song "My Helper" is all about finding comfort in divine support. It beautifully blends gospel and contemporary styles of music. The lyrics are very relatable for anyone who's felt that life's challenges seriously weigh them down. When Frankeke sings, "I know I will overcome," you can hear that she is confident that God's got her back. That is the confidence that Frankeke hopes you too will find through this song, because knowing that God is watching over you gives you courage to keep going no matter what you encounter.

Frankeke - My HelperFrankeke's sings, "When life gives lemon, I will make a lemonade," and shows how God is working "with" us. God can turn everything for our good, and we need to nurture a mindset of trust, knowing that He is there for us and guiding us. He asks us to trust Him and keep moving forward, because that is when He "makes things better."

The key message in My Helper is a call to action. Frankeke sings: "No matter what I see; I will keep moving; … I will keep running; I am not stopping; I was born great; And I'm not giving in". Let God work with you and through you in all parts of your life. That is how you will find the comfort and courage that accompany faith.

May this song help you to let God's guidance and strength work through you so that you can triumph over life's challenges.

'Lonely Dirt Road' by Dax: A Journey to Solitude and God

Dax's 'Lonely Dirt Road' is a conversation that Dax has with himself and God. Dax shares his journey of turning mental health walks into healing solitary drives. As you listen, you can almost feel the cruise, where it's just you, your thoughts, and God.  The chorus is so relatable: 'When I need space, that's where I go, a place to escape that nobody knows.' What do you do when life's pressures stack high? Do you also have a space where you can let go? That lonely dirt road that Dax sings about symbolizes solitude, but it is also an incredible opportunity for connecting with God.  Dax's honesty is raw and relatable. 'I didn't want my family to see me cry… dealing with the pressure of trying to provide.' There are times when we all put on a smile to hide how challenging situations may be. Like his father, Dax says that he finds peace on this lonely road, where challenges become opportunities to grow. This shows the core of our faith: that...

Riley Clemmons - Stuck Inside My Head - Single Mix (CCM)

Riley Clemmons has released a Christian Contemporary Music (CCM) track called Stuck Inside My Head - Single Mix. The song 'Inside My Head' was born out of a season of pain and healing. As a result, the song has a way of speaking about life's difficulties that is accessible and relatable to everyone.  "As I was writing and dreaming up this record, "says Riley, "there was never a plan to create anything but honest music, born from hurting, growing, and healing. I collected songs for this body of work much like I collected every experience I found myself in the middle of over the past couple of years... the highs & lows, the conversations with God, the questions about my identity, the heartbreak, and the healing." Although the music addresses life's hurts, it does much more than that. The trials of life, according to Clemmons, are ordained by God so we can draw close to him. "The thread that began to connect them all quickly became the idea tha...

"For The Sake Of My Soul (Upbeat Version)" by Carli Lessing: Finding the Quiet in a Noisy World

"For The Sake Of My Soul (Upbeat Version)" by Carli Lessing is a refreshing song for anyone who feels overwhelmed by the chaos of today's world. Chaos and distractions that can't be stopped at the front door and follow you 24x7. That's what triggered Carli to write this song. Carli shares, "One morning as I was trying to do my quiet time, my phone kept beeping with Whatsapp notifications of my kids' school groups, the church worship band group and social media notifications and I just felt so overwhelmed. I remember thinking, "I don't need more of this, I need a whole lot less". It felt like all these things were just taking me away from the important things - spending time with God and making space for my family."   Carli effectively captures that moment of clarity in her song, when priorities shift from the trivial to the eternal, "I don't need more, I need less." This song isn't about shaming being busy or the tech...
